Located in the heart of Nîmes, inside the Margaret - Hôtel Chouleur, ROUGE is a gourmet restaurant run by Beninese and Provençal chef Georgiana VIOU. Self-taught and passionate, she draws inspiration from the richness of her origins and offers instinctive Mediterranean cuisine. The chef and her team, led by head chef Luka-Tao DEBENATH, invite you on a gastronomic journey that focuses on local produce, punctuated by condiments and a hint of flavours from elsewhere. In the heart of the city, the ROUGE gourmet restaurant offers a unique experience, immersed in a décor where marble and brass blend elegantly with the warmth of wood and velvet, in a cameo of crimson and terracotta, where in fine weather, by candlelight, under the stars.









In March 2023, the restaurant was awarded a star by the famous Michelin Guide.

Booking at the establishment
Wednesdays for dinner, Thursdays to Saturdays for lunch and dinner, Sundays for lunch. Lunch is served from 12pm to 1.30pm.
