Drink, eat, share, like a mantra we like to chant, apply and take literally, or divert and reverse for the more rebellious. Drink, to begin with, local canons or selected from elsewhere, cocktails with well-known and comforting flavours or more surprising ones. And then there's the food, with its Mediterranean flavours dotted with tastes from travels around the world, generous, sun-drenched and colourful. But above all, sharing. For two, ten or just the two of you, the plates are multiplied in the centre of the table, and renewed. 

Like a declaration of love for the vast Mediterranean region, chef Luka-Tao DEBENATH and his team – notably including pastry chef Auriane FOUGERAY – have created the culinary masterpiece that is this truly unique restaurant.
