Drink, eat, share, like a mantra we like to chant, apply and take literally, or divert and reverse for the more rebellious. Drink, to begin with, local canons or selected from elsewhere, cocktails with well-known and comforting flavours or more surprising ones. And then there's the food, with its Mediterranean flavours dotted with tastes from travels around the world, generous, sun-drenched and colourful. But above all, sharing. For two, ten or just the two of you, the plates are multiplied in the centre of the table, and renewed.
Like a declaration of love to the vast Mediterranean, chef Luka-Tao DEBENATH and his team, including Charline IRIGOYEN and pastry chef Auriane FOUGERAY, have created a gourmet menu unlike any other. A cuisine that is resolutely epicurean, tasty and joyful, where you can pick and choose, taste, nibble, devour and sauté without moderation.








At lunchtime and in the evening, Valérie PENDINO and her team welcome their guests as if they were at home, pampering them and treating them like royalty, while passionately introducing them to the canons that will punctuate their experience.
