Situated in the heart of La Régalido in Fontvieille, the Mistral Blanc restaurant has kept alive the reputation that this restaurant once enjoyed, and has once again earned its place in the ranks of French gastronomy. All year round, the chef offers fresh, seasonal cuisine in the colours of Provence and the Alpilles. The menu, which changes according to the day and the chef's inspiration, can be enjoyed lulled by the song of the cicadas in the shade of the umbrella pine or in the superb vaulted room of this former 17th-century oil mill, by the fireplace and the crackling logs.
