Auffo, in the heart of the Vallon des Auffes
In the heart of Marseille's emblematic Vallon des Auffes harbour, perched on one of its rocks, Auffo opens the doors to a jewel case with its heart beating to the rhythm of the Mediterranean.
Like a declaration from chef Coline FAULQUIER to the Cité Phocéenne, the Grande Bleue is also the mistress of the plate, and the mainly marine creatures can be tasted at the heart of a cuisine that is plant-based and sea-focused.
The warm interior is bathed in natural light, which floods in whatever the weather. Wood, light tones and rounded shapes provide a gentle counterpoint to the sharp edges of the neighbouring rocks.

If you sit at one of Auffo's tables and listen carefully, you might hear the lapping of the Mediterranean singing its return: no harm can come to those who respect it.
